Friday Chess Club

Want to spark your child’s creativity, increase problem solving skills and promote brain growth? Then join the Zoom Chess Club that is being offered under instruction taught by Faik Aleskerov, International Chess Master and Grand Master  Zviad Izoria. Playing chess fosters benefits that include problem-solving and strategy. Lesser known appeals are life-long skills transferable to daily life, such as logic and a unique creative process in each player. 

Faik Aleskerov is an International Chess Master who has been teaching chess for 14 years. He has participated and won numerous international tournaments including being a three time winner of the Youth Chess Championship. He is also the winner of the Pan American chess games 2013 (5.5 out 6). Ultimately, he earned his International Master Title in chess in 2012. 

Enrollments are in the order received. We will call only if the class is full and we cannot accept more enrollments. Scholarships are available to low-income families upon request. A chess tournament will be held at the end of the session. medals will be awarded to all participants. Siblings 10% off
